The Webmaster

My name is Daniele Marzi and I’m the founder, author, webmaster and
photographer of RomePhotogallery.com. I’m from Rome, Italy.

The Website

This website was launched in October 2007. It is a free online Rome gallery
of images that focuses on photos and history of the sites and most important
monuments of The Eternal City.

The website is very young and the to-do list is very long. In Rome there are
more than 1.000 churches. Roman and pagan age sites are countless. Almost
anywhere you can find examples of baroque or reinassance architecture. My
ultimate goal ( how many years?!) is to provide quality
high-resolution photos of all notable monuments and places of Rome.

You can download and use the images of this website; all the
photographs are freely available, citing the source and linking back to www.romephotogallery.com.
